ESA holds the rights to MELiSSA technologies for space applications; the rights for terrestrial applications lie with the MELiSSA partners that developed each technology. SEMiLLA IPStar is the MELiSSA partner that primarily looks after commercial applications of MELiSSA technology on Earth. This is not an ESA website.
